How it works
Triage
We start from photos, description, urgency and whether insurance or the condominium is involved.
Technical investigation
When the source isn't visible, an investigation identifies a confirmed or likely cause and documents it. Base fee: €300 - covers the visit, testing, controlled opening when technically needed, photo record and a report you can share with an insurer or condominium. Cases involving multiple units, external equipment or a broader scope are quoted separately.
Repair
Once the source is found, we send a separate quote to repair the leak and test the fix.
Damage recovery
If you approve it, we coordinate recovery of affected walls, ceilings, tiling or flooring - quoted separately.
Coverage area
We work across the Porto area and Matosinhos, and the wider Grande Porto area. Availability elsewhere is assessed case by case.
